Kinyi is a supplier of eco-friendly trays like molded pulp trays and bagasse trays. Our paper pulp trays are biodegradable and recyclable.
If you want to develop molded pulp trays or bagasse trays, please follow the below process:
1. Please provide the 3D tech drawing of the packaging design, better in step format;
2. If you don't have the tech drawing, please provide the actual products you are going to pack, or the outer packaging of the products;
3. The first sampling time is 7-8 days.
4. The production molds take about 10-15 days once the first sample is confirmed by customers.
5. After the production molds finished, customers arrange to pay 30% deposit and the mass production begins.
