The process of producing molded pulp or bagasse eco-friendly trays is very simple:
Step 1: Beating. Beat the recycled paper or organic fibers into pulp in a large beater;
Step 2: Pulp filtration and special treatment;
Step 3: Molding. Custom designed moulds are submerged into the pulp to form the shape of the products;
Step 4: Drying. The semi-finished products go through the oven to remove the water;
Step5: Hot Pressing. The dried semi-finished products are pressed by the hot pressing machine to finalize the shape;
Step 6: Trimming: To make the surface and edge more smooth;
Step 7: Packing.
